Guest Post Guidelines

We encourage you to share your thoughts with us. Any related post is welcomed – in most cases. Please, look at the guidelines for guest posts below in order to get an idea of what we are likely to consider for publication.

Your e-mail should include the following:

  • Who you are, your contact information and the site you want to link your guest post to
  • Why you want to publish for TransferMate/VisaFirst
  • Send us topic ideas you want to write about or the whole post.

About your post:

  • It should be relevant to the theme of the site. We write about backpackers, travel, tourism, emmigration, immigration, visas, etc. Read over the site and you will get a better idea of what our audience is, too.
  • The post should be your own exclusive text, meaning you guarantee that you own the copyright, and that it’s not been published before.
  • We encourage you to send us the topic idea first with a brief explanation and this way, if we reject it, you didn’t waste your time to write a whole post. In case you already have a post, which is not published anywhere else, just send it to us. We will let you know whether your post will be published or not, and why.
  • Write a high-quality post, meaning grammar-, spelling- and punctuation-error free, with an active voice and a good style, catching headlines and intriguing leads. And, of course, the content must be useful. Readers like tips, bullet points, but they also like to see opinions, news and features. If they like what you’ve written, they will most definitely visit your site; if they don’t like it, they might not even finish reading the post. It’s that simple.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.
